Colosseum and Ancient Rome tour

Il tour includes: Arch of Constantine, Arena, Roman Forum, Arch of Titus, Basilica of Constantin, Temple of Venus and Rome, Palatine Hill.

We are in the core of ancient Rome and we will visit together one of the grandest monuments were built: the Colosseum. A huge stadium where gladiators fought. We will discover the history about this great amphitheater, what was there before. So a fascinating and original comparison between the past and present.

Visiting the Colosseum takes you on a journey accross 2000 years. We will walk the same path that the Romans citizens used to do to reach their seats that were different regard the emperor, senators, Vips etc.

We will admire the arena, where the games took place and the subterranean warren where animals and prisoners were held. It is unbelievably amazing to think that the Colosseum could be quickly transformed from an African jungle to a Greek temple.

Once we reach the exit of the Colosseum, we will continue the guided tour towards the Roman Forum. This is Rome’s birthplace and civic center. As just about anything important that happened in Ancient Rome happened here.

We will look up Rome’s most important temples and halls of justice. And the walk down Vis Sacra, the oldes street you’ll ever walk.
